I used to be a drinking and smoker and I thought there was no hope for me. I went to AA and it was a nightmare. If you ever go to AA, get ready to be miserable for the entire time you are there because there is so much negative energy there. The whole idea is that you have no power over your addiction and you have to go to meetings forever and you are never in control. I have learned to understand my addiction and this site helped me. I am not spamming. This really did help me. I sought help from a treatment place in Richmond and this guy told me about rational recovery. It can be found at rational.org. I am very happy with my results. Check it out and let me know if you don't like it. |
